Not just another meditation course! This practical six-week on-line course enables you to embed the principles of Mindfulness (and related short practices) ‘on the go’ in your everyday life – as well as helping you to establish a daily habit of Mindfulness meditation. You will be taken through a step-by-step process of establishing a daily mindfulness habit and will be provided with short guided meditations along with ‘Everyday Mindfulness’ techniques you can incorporate in your daily life. At the completion of the course a further 6-weeks access to the course materials is provided.
And, to help you really understand the concepts and embed these practices, two 60-minute coaching sessions (by Zoom, if you don’t live locally) will be provided at a time convenient to us both.
