Not just another meditation course!  This practical on-line course enables you to embed the principles of Mindfulness (and related short practices) 'on the go' in your everyday life - as well as helping you to establish a daily habit of Mindfulness meditation.  You will be taken through a step-by-step process of establishing a daily mindfulness habit and will be provided with short guided meditations along with 'Everyday Mindfulness' techniques you can incorporate in your daily life.    At the completion of the course a further 6-weeks access to the course materials is provided.
